My first time trying reflexology. The office was clean, neat, comfortable and mr.mayur was well seasoned in the art, and professional and respectful I was having sciatica pain and it helped.. I had a more restful night of sleep that night. It was a great relief. I had a little bit of soreness the following morning but by midday It had worked its way out. I would definitely revisit for this service.

I felt immediate relief on my feet and knees. Much easier to move with no discomfort. I truly believe Mayur has healing hands. It is so relaxing-I will definitely go for treatment every month.

This was my first time experiencing reflexology, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Mayur Barot (owner/therapist) listened to my concerns (neck pain, limited range of motion in neck, and hip pain) and explained the process thoroughly. My session consisted of pressure points, tissue massage, joint manipulation and dry heat towels. My pain in all areas is not completely gone (I didn’t expect it to be after just one session), but is greatly reduced. The range of motion in my neck and hip are significantly improved! I definitely recommend this service!

I have been to Mayur twice and each time I leave his office feeling much better. His method of reflexology is very helpful for my tingling and numb feet. He is very personable and makes one feel very comfortable. His treatment for my stiff neck and upper body has been very helpful too. Mayur is encouraging letting me know how I can massage myself between treatments to maximize his treatments. Well worth a trip to see him!
